If you reach us during non-business hours (8:00am to 6:00pm EST Monday - Friday), we will get back to you as soon as possible the following business day.
We offer flat-rate shipping of $5 for all single product orders, and free shipping for all orders of two or more products. All subscriptions, regardless of the dollar amount, and Evertrain Health & Performance System orders will ship free.
Orders are processed between 8:00am and 5:00pm EST Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5:00pm EST Monday through Thursday will be processed the following day. Orders placed after 5:00pm EST on Friday, as well as weekend orders, will be processed the following Monday.
As much as we love our customers, we also love a good celebration, so please note that the above doesn’t take into account holidays.
While we do ship internationally, it is your responsibility to check the regulations that may apply in your country. International shipping fees as well as any additional fees or taxes that may apply to your order will be your responsibility.
If customs seizes your order for any reason, a refund will not be assessed unless the product is returned to us in its original condition.
U.S. Military Shipments
You’re fighting for our country; the least we can do is fuel you! We’re so thankful for your service that all orders delivered to APO/FPO addresses will ship for free.
We hope you love your products but if you aren’t completely satisfied, you may return within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or product exchange. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment, but please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
