SHIPPING & RETURNS
Thank you for shopping with Evertrain. We appreciate your loyalty! Our aim is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order. If you have any issues that aren’t addressed below, please reach out to our local customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. All emails will be responded to within 24 hours. If you reach us during non-business hours (6:00pm to 8:00am EST Monday - Friday), we will get back to you as soon as possible the following business day.
We offer multiple shipping options and rates through USPS and UPS for all domestic orders. If your order is greater than or equal to $75.00 before taxes while also including any promotional offers, then the order will ship for free via USPS Priority Mail. All orders of The Evertrain Health & Performance System will also ship for free via USPS Priority Mail.
Orders are processed between 8:00am and 3:00pm EST Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 3:00pm EST Monday through Thursday will be processed the following day. Orders placed after 3:00pm EST on Friday, as well as weekend orders, will be processed the following Monday.
As much as we love our customers, we also love a good celebration, so please note that the above doesn’t take into account holidays.
While we do ship internationally, it is your responsibility to check the regulations that may apply in your country. International shipping fees as well as any additional fees or taxes that may apply to your order will be your responsibility.
If customs seizes your order for any reason, a refund will not be assessed unless the product is returned to us in its original condition.
We hope you love your products but if you aren’t 100% satisfied, you may return within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or product exchange. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment, but please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
